Robert KruegerIT Help Desk Engineer
Robert Krueger joined ICD in 2019 as a Helpdesk Engineer, and is responsible for providing ICD employees with Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support, and supporting the TechOps and Development teams with Tier 2 desktop support.
Prior to joining ICD Tech, Robert was a Technical Specialist at Charter Communications’ Fiddler’s Green Campus.
Robert studied Electrical Engineering at Colorado State University and is currently studying networking, SharePoint administration, and virtualization. Robert also has a Private Pilot’s license for Single Engine, Land aircraft.
